Chief Executive Officer
Thierry Gadou, is a graduate of the Mines de Paris engineering school. He began his career as a management consultant at international consulting firm Deloitte, where he was a partner from 1997 to 2000.
He then co-founded and became president of Hubwoo, a high-tech company listed on the Euronext Paris stock exchange. In five years, Hubwoo became one of the world's leading SAP-based electronic marketplaces, specializing in e-procurement solutions for large companies.
Since 2007, Thierry Gadou has been running Atos Consulting, the IT management consulting division of Atos.
In January 2012, he joined Store Electronic Systems as Chairman and CEO.
Sr Executive VP / Head of International
Claudio has a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Torino and is also a graduate of ESCP Europe.
He began his career at Magneti Marelli France, where he helped reorganize and outsource the Company's administrative operations.
In 1998, Claudio joined Accenture where he spent 8 years, first in Italy and then in France. He was involved primarily in the automotive, retail and high technology industries, and managed pan-European projects in the sales, purchasing and logistics areas.
Claudio Palmolungo joined Store Electronic Systems in March 2006, in order to boost its export business. Since then, he has set up sales subsidiaries in Italy and Spain.
VP - Sales France
Pierre Demoures is a graduate from ICN (Commercial Institute of Nancy).
In 1995, after spending 2 years at Air France's branch office in Sweden, Pierre began his career with T-Systems Groupe Spring, a leading player in the systems and network integration market; as a sales engineer and then a BU manager, he was active in developing new markets. He then climbed the ranks to become Corporate Sales Manager, a position which he held until 2002.
From 2003 to 2009, he played an instrumental role in the development of Zebra Technologies, a leading global manufacturer of bar code printers. As Business Development Manager, he grew the company's mobile solutions business and its share of the retail and medical markets. He then took over the reins of the French office when he was appointed country manager for France.
Pierre Demoures joined SES in early 2010, after 15 years of business development in IT Technologies and Services.
Chief Financial Officer
Following a Masters from Paris IX Dauphine University and an MBA from HEC, Pascale began her career in 1991 within the LAFARGE group. 10 years later she joined the MATERIS group, an LBO spin-off from LAFARGE. At MATERIS, between 2001 and 2010 Pascale successively held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Head of Development for the Chryso Group that, thanks to buoyant organic and external growth (this group tripled its revenue over the last decade to become a global leader with a presence in 70 countries through its 14 subsidiaries around the world), has become a global leader in concrete and cement admixtures. Since 2011, Pascale had been CFO of the Zolpan group, €220m, a paint manufacturer and distributor, a subsidiary of Materis Peintures.
Pascale joined SES in April, 2013 as Chief Financial Officer.
Chief Technology Officer
Philippe Bottine is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris.
He started his career as a financial analyst at Viventures Inc, a high-tech venture capital fund worth €650 M. Based in the Silicon Valley, he participated in several investment projects in the Internet, software, wireless, networking and semi-conductor sectors. He was also involved in the commercial, technical and human resource development of several start-ups, working closely with their management teams.
In 2007, Philippe was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Manudem S.A.S. Based in the vicinity of Geneva, this company is one of the leading international specialists in high-precision machining, essentially targeting the aeronautics, military and medical markets. Philippe headed a team of 70 people and played an instrumental role in the company's international development.
Since 2009, Philippe has been in charge of all product development operations at Store Electronic Systems.
Chief Operating Officer
Thierry Pollier is a graduate from l'Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne and l'Ecole Nationale supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs.
After working fo Deloitte and Atos, Thierry joined SES in January 2015 as Chief Operating Officer.
Guillaume Portier is a graduate of the Audencia business school in Nantes.
Guillaume began his career as a research manager and a data mining specialist at BNP Paribas in Madrid.
From 2003 to 2009, Guillaume climbed the ranks as a marketer in the physical security sector, first of all at Fichet-Bauche and then at Gunnebo. He held successive posts as Product Manager Europe, Resales Manager and, eventually, Marketing Director. In 2009, Guillaume went into the security and fire detection and prevention business; he joined UTC Fire & Security Services which sells the brands Sicli, Chubb and Cofisec. Besides managing all marketing activities, Guillaume was also at this time responsible for developing commercial synergies between the 3 brands.
Guillaume joined SES as VP Marketing in June, 2011.
VP Human Ressources
After graduating from la Sorbonne, Marianne has spent 10 years in HR management and held various responsibilities within consulting and technology firms such as Orga Consulting, Alten, and Atos. Between 2011 and 2013, Marianne was the HR Director of both Atos Consulting and Atos Training university.
Marianne joined SES in 2012 as HR Director.
