• Pre-installation and installation

        

  Pre-installation technical visit

  Conducted by a project manager in the client's presence, for the purpose of drawing up detailed specifications.

  Computer link-up

  The integration of our software platform into the client's back-office system. 

  Installation of the radio transmission infrastructure

  This is carried out at night so that business is not disrupted. The infrastructure consists of a secure, two-tier antenna system (full back-up).

  Training and commissioning

  Initialization of the electronic labels and on-site training of end-users and system administrators.

  Software maintenance

  Remote support and maintenance are provided through various multi-year packages

  • -Level 1: general operation and everyday use of the system
  • -Level 2: configuration of the software and advanced use of the system

  In the shop: repair and/or replacement of hand-held terminals, ESL analysis, etc.

  In 2011, SES conducted an in-house training program aiming to increase the quality of training delivered to clients
