SES markets reliable and secure electronic shelf labeling solutions ; they are designed around high-technology components but must be simple and easy to use on a daily basis. This is why we also provide a full range of customer services, and dedicate significant resources to assisting and training our customers and to installing and maintaining their equipment. From the outset, SES has decided to provide most of these services in-house, in order to keep pace with new developments and to maintain the required level of expertise throughout the value chain. We can also leverage a network of selected partners to help us meet specific customer requirements (time zone differentials, foreign languages).
Installation and pre-installation
Software support & maintenance
SES is able to meet all support and maintenance needs, at whatever level is requested.
Hardware maintenance
We provide regular training for our international partners, so that our customers benefit from a local service and state of the art diagnosis methods and tools. Training is a top concern within our organization. |
