SES today
SES generates the biggest sales figure in the electronic shelf labeling market. Almost 4,000 stores in over 40 countries are fitted with the SES solution, which has been rolled-out widely to the largest retail corporations across the world (Auchan, Carrefour, Commercial Mexicana, Dansk Supermarked, EDEKA, Eroski, Monoprix, Soriana, SPAR...). SES opened new subsidiaries in Singapore and Mexico. 2010

The SES ELS system was rolled out to all Auchan hypermarkets in France (115 hypermarkets, 4 million labels). SES is the worldwide leader in electronic shelf labeling. 2007-2008
Yves Martin (former managing director of the Casino group) was appointed CEO of SES. Our proximity policy - which is necessary to winning contracts with franchised retailers - was maintained, while SES invested heavily in R&D and in external trade in order to win new corporate customers. 2006
SES was listed on the Paris stock exchange and opened new offices in Italy, Spain and Singapore. 2004
SES secured its first export sales. Carrefour opened 110 stores in Belgium over a period of 6 months (40 hypermarkets and 70 supermarkets). In all, over 1,000 stores fitted out across the world. 2003-2005
SES topped the market in France after signing several purchase agreements (Intermarché, Leclerc), and began to deploy its system to Monoprix stores (Casino group). 2002
SES officially launched its European export business by signing a partnership agreement with WINCOR NIXDORF. 2000
SES patented and marketed the first ever label with a magnetic anti-theft system. SES reached a million labels installed. 1998
Philippe Catteau (who formerly owned 107 supermarkets in the north of France) acquired a stake in SES, bringing with him a wealth of retail and management experience. 1992-1993
